We provide coaching, development and consultancy services; produce e-learning courses, author books and checklists, management development materials and sell enablement software.
COLLECTING INFORMATION
As a customer of FSAL, we may collect information to provide services, email marketing, charging fees and project management.
To provide our services to you we may receive a phone call, an email or you may fill in a contact form on this website or the additional website www.wordpresssupport.co.uk. We will in some cases charge through the application “PayPal” which will require you to provide payment details through their direct debit payment system. PayPal has their own privacy policy download for this. At no point will Payee bank details be held.

EMAIL MARKETING
Email marketing is a very powerful tool and for this type of data collection, we would use a subscribe area on our website and this would subscribe you to a mail chimp distribution list. Not only do you have the right to unsubscribe from this but you have the right to be forgotten if our email marketing content is no longer relevant to the services which you signed up for or you do not show any activity for 2 years.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We never share your data with other companies and your data is held on robust, highly secure encrypted services. The only person we will share information with will be you the client if you request the details we hold. You are within your rights to contact us at any time to ask what information we have and how it is used.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We make it our priority to choose partnering applications and software that use extremely high security and encryption to ensure the risk of a breach is kept to a minimum. All applications we use are fully licensed, all devices we use are kept up to date and antivirus software where required is current with up to date virus databases. In the event of a breach, all clients will be contacted within 24hrs to explain the nature of the breach and severity.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
The FSAL privacy policy will be reviewed regularly and changes will not reduce your rights as a client. As the new GDPR regulations take effect we may need to make small tweaks and changes to make us fully compliant. This current version was created 1st September 2020
