A staggering 84% of all service leaders in companies have been developed internally. Whilst this gives these leaders an excellent background and knowledge of the operation of the company, it may also lead to them being blindsided on industry best practices. Often the ‘way we have always done it’ approach does not cut it in today’s fast-moving, digitally transformative and outcome-based service organisations you may compete with.

3. Leadership Development – Using external experts, additional development skills such as outcome-based service, digital transformation, personal development, presentation skills, press training etc.
